Brea Shrum, MD
Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Dr Shrum is a board certified OBGYN.
Her career is driven by a deep commitment to personalized, compassionate and evidence based medicine- empowering women through every stage of life. Patients are drawn not only to her medical expertise but also to her ability to make them feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Shrum has developed expertise in both routine and high-risk obstetrics and gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive procedures.
A proud Boise native, Dr. Shrum earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland and attended Creighton University for medical school before returning home to serve the community she loves. Outside of medicine, Dr. Shrum enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, the Idaho wilderness and spending time with her friends and family.
Staci Thomas, WHNP-BC
Staci Thomas, WHNP-BC specializes in women's health care for all ages. She has a particular interest in adolescent health as well as the management of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms with HRT and alternative therapies. Her primary goal is always improving the quality of life for her patients.
Prior to earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, Staci practiced as an RN in women's health for 15 years. Staci, an Idaho native born and raised in the Boise area, hopes to give back to her community by providing exceptional care to patients of the Treasure Valley. She and her husband have three daughters and three dogs to keep them busy. As a family, they enjoy attending concerts, supporting local establishments, and traveling.

TIA
Tia brings 22 years of nursing experience to Evolve OBGYN, with a career deeply rooted in labor and delivery and women's health. For the past 13 years, she has been Dr Shrum's nurse, building lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-focused care.
Tia's passion for women's health drives everything she does — from supporting patients through some of life's most meaningful moments to ensuring every woman feels heard, respected, and cared for.
When she's not caring for patients, Tia enjoys the art of horsemanship, soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Idaho's mountains, and spending quality time with her family and beloved furry companions.
Hailey (another Idaho native) has been an MA in Women's Health for 9 years. She is dedicated to providing excellent care and ensuring each patient feels seen and heard. She does her best to make a connection with everyone she meets.
Hailey is the mom to two rescue cats, Fatsy Boy and Big Dill. She enjoys the Boise concert scene with friends and being in the mountains rock hounding with family.
HAILEY
KATHY
Kathy is a native Idahoan and graduated with a BS from Boise State University in Ultrasound and Medical Imaging. She has 30 years of experience in ultrasound, with the last 16 years specializing in obstetric and gynecological sonography. She has a passion for women’s health and is proud to be part of Evolve’s vision for caring for women.
She enjoys the Idaho outdoors, gardening, hiking, theater, her three grown children and her dogs. She and her husband enjoy traveling as much as possible to see as much art and baseball as time allows.
JORDYN
Jordyn is excited to be part of the team at Evolve! She enjoys connecting with both new and returning patients and helping make each visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. She is available to assist with any questions and support scheduling needs along the way.
Outside of the clinic, Jordyn loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Devin, and their dog, Frank. They are also thrilled to be welcoming their first baby this fall!
