Dr. Shrum is hands-down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She always listens, I feel heard about my concerns, she never gaslights and gives me quality advice about my health. I don’t feel like she pushes medication or unnecessary procedures, advising on those things and how they may or may not help. Also Tia her nurse exudes warmth and kindness!- they’re the best team!

Dr. Shrum is an excellent physician! She is very knowledgeable, caring & invested in her patients. She always takes the time to ask if I have any questions & ensures her patients are provided any information they need. Dr. Shrum creates an environment that is comfortable & professional. I went to get an IUD insertion with Staci. I was so nervous beforehand because I had heard of the horror stories that some people have had with the pain. Staci was very knowledgeable and experienced, and made me feel so comfortable. I literally couldn't have expected better, and I was so relieved at the end of it. I would do this again if I had to!
